Andaman & Nicobar Administration is going to conduct a written examination for the post of Radio Operator / Cipher Operator. As you all know now day’s examinations are very much analytical and for that you need to prepare yourself. I General Awareness & Reasoning 50
II English 50
III Academic test 100

Duration of the Examination will be like:-

  • Paper I- 1.00 Hours (60 Minutes)
  • Paper II- 1.00 Hours (60 Minutes)
  • Paper III- 1.30 Hours (90 Minutes)

A & N Administration Radio Operator/ Cipher Operator Exam Syllabus

Paper-I: In this paper, a candidate’s will face questions from general knowledge on current affairs, important events around him in the country/abroad/ Sports/ Awards. Candidate have to remember Indian History, Geography, Polity, scientific research and reasoning will be tested as is expected of any educated person.

Paper-II: Questions will be asked from English language, its correct usage and writing ability would be tested. Questions will be on grammar, usage, paragraph/report writing, short essay, letter writing, précis and translation.

Paper-III: Simple mathematics, physics, electronics, computers and other science subjects will be tested with questions will be entirely based on high school mathematics.
