AP Capital Region Dev. Authority Syllabus For Written Exam Scheme PDF

Capital Region Development Authority, Andhra Pradesh conducts the written exam for the selection of candidates in different fields- Traffic, Housing and Building, Urban Services, Estates, Planning, Development, Landscape, Environment, Office Management and several others. The written exam for CRDA will be based on exam pattern & syllabus which are described below. Prepare for exam as mentioned below and then you can compete well in the paper.

AP CRDA Exam Pattern: The competitive exam held for selection is objective type exam which will have 3 sections-

As per annexure, the posts listed from 1 to 24 will have exam of 120 marks with sections-

  • Analytical & Arithmetical Ability: 30 marks
  • Communication Ability: 30 marks
  • Specialization: 60 marks

For Post no. 24, the written exam will contain questions from sections & then followed is short hand capability test-

  • Analytical Ability: 35 marks
  • Arithmetical Ability: 35 marks
  • Communication Ability: 50 marks

AP CRDA Exam Syllabus: The syllabus for each section of exam is given-

Arithmetical Ability: The questions will be asked from Natural numbers, whole numbers, LCM & HCF, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Partnership, Pipes & cisterns, Boats & Streams, Time & distance, Time & work, areas & volumes, mensuration, Problems on trains, Probability, Sets, Relations & functions, Trigonometry, Polynomials, Binomial Theorem, Plane geometry, statistics ( Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviation)

Communication Ability: The questions will be such to judge the candidate’s ability in language- vocabulary, use of grammar (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, idioms, proverbs, speech and narration), letter writing, report writing. Also, comprehension passages will be given and the questions based on it have to be answered.

Analytical Ability: The questions will be asked from Data sufficiency (statements & conclusion), problem solving, Sequences and Series, Analogies, odd man series, missing pattern, bars & charts, coding & decoding, Calendar & clock problems, relationships, seating arrangements

Specialization: The specialized subjects syllabus can be asked in the exam syllabus for which is enclosed in the PDF file which can be downloaded.
