Bank of Maharashtra PO in JMGS- I (PGDBF) 2016 recruitment notice has been out and the candidates now can fill up the form for their entry of PO post. Bank of Maharashtra PO Exam Pattern & Syllabus is being described below which will help you to plan and study accordingly for the exam. There are several sections of the exam which you need to study before you take the exam.
Bank of Maharashtra PO Selection Procedure: Based on below criteria, the candidates will be judged and selected for the post of PO.
- Phase 1: Written Exam
- Phase 2: Group Discussion/ Interview

Depending on the candidates in the exam, the cut off will be decided by the bank officials.
The interview and Group Discussion round will be conducted based on simple topics and the candidates just need to be updated with current world scenarios as the topic can be given based on current news. The ones who successfully complete the interview round will need to take PGDBF in banking from bank empaneled institute for 1 year. The expense for the same will be bear by the candidates themselves. Out of this 1 year, 3 months of time will be utilized into internship where the candidates will be given stipend of Rs.20,000 per month.
NOTE: The candidates at the time of joining, need to sign a service bond in which they need to serve in the allotted branch for 2 years. If failing, the candidate has to pay back full stipend amount received during the programme along with 2 Lakh cash. Also, the remaining educational loan has to be returned with interest amount payable.
