Syllabus For Warehousing Corporation Tech Asst CG Vyapam Exam Pattern

Warehousing Corporation Technical Assistant Exam 2015 is being conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB). The exam is the important competitive paper for which it is necessary to study as per the syllabus of the exam. CPEB WCTA Scheme of Exam and Syllabus details are being given below by which it will be easier to study the course properly for the exam.

CG Vyapam WCTA Exam Pattern: A written exam (objective type) is seen in the exam paper in which there are multiple choice questions.

  • Total Questions: 150
  • Total Marks: 150
  • Total Time allotted: 3 Hours

NOTE: There will be negative marking in the exam i.e. 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer

There are 2 sections in the exam paper. The details of the same are-

Section A-

  1. General Awareness (20 marks)
  2. General English (10 marks)
  3. General Mathematics (10 marks)
  4. General Hindi (10 marks)

Section B-

  1. Chemistry (34 marks)
  2. Zoology (33 marks)
  3. Agriculture (33 marks)

CPEB WCTA Exam Syllabus: The section wise syllabus details of the exam are-

SECTION- A

General Awareness- There are many ongoing things around us in everyday life. So, the knowledge about the current affairs of national & international importance is being asked in the exam. Also, the questions are asked from Indian History, Indian Politics & Constitution, right to Information, Economics, Sports, social affairs in exam. Some general scientific questions are asked in the exam paper.

General Hindi & English- Nouns, Synonyms, Tense, Number, Gender, Articles, vocabulary, Verb, Adverb, Noun, Pronoun, antonyms, Adjective, Active/Passive voice, Direct/Indirect Narration, One word substitution, correcting words & sentences

General Mathematics- problem on numbers, Cubic root, Square, Square root, Cube, H.C.F. & L.C.M., Ratio & Proportion, permutation & combinations, Average, Percentage, Discount, Law of Exponent, Profit/Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Speed, Time, Distance, probability

SECTION – B

Agriculture- Introduction, Post Harvesting Technology, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Water Management, Agricultural Meteorology, Fertilizers, Soil Science, Horticulture, Plant Breeding, Genetics Crop Physiology, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Microbiology, Farm Power & Machinery, Seed Technology, Economic Entomology, Pesticides, Agro & Socio Forestry, Agricultural Extension, Agronomy
