CISF Constable/ Driver Syllabus Selection Procedure
CISF Constable (Driver) recruitment process involves several selection rounds which are being described in detail below. The candidates need to be prepared and ready well for each round so that no chance is missed in scoring well for the exam. There will be many candidates who have applied for this exam and are preparing along with you to crack a position, so you need to be very determined for your study.
Selection Process: There will be 6 rounds of selection.
- Physical Standard Test
- Physical Efficiency Test
- Written Test
- Trade Test
- Medical Exam
The important documents of each candidate which includes marksheets, degree certificates if any, driving license will be checked by the officials.
PHYSICAL STANDARD TEST-
||76- 81 cm
|Garhwalis, Kumaonese, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, North Eastern states candidates
||78- 83 cm
|General/ SC/ OBC
PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST-
800 meters run- 3.15 minutes
Long Jump- 11 feet (3 chances)
High Jump- 3 feet 6 inches (3 chances)
Questions in exam will be asked from below topics and the respective qualifying marks are-
Subject- Total Marks (Qualifying Marks)
- Written Test- 20 (10)
- Light vehicle driving test- 50 (25)
- Heavy vehicle driving test- 50 (25)
- Practical Knowledge- 30 (15)
At an estimate the qualifying criteria is 50% of total marks.
The candidates might have the driving test being conducted so that practical experience of applicant is judged.
The medical conditions of the applicant will be checked and proper records for unusual things will be maintained.
