AICTE CMAT 2017-18 exam Pattern & Syllabus is being defined below which can be checked from below. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) syllabus 2017 contain the topics which are based on general sense preparing which you will score good in the exam. AICTE CMAT 2017 is the competitive paper for which the preparations have to be done in best way.
AICTE CMAT Exam Pattern: The details of the exam are-
- Exam Type: Objective
- Total Marks: 400 (For all sections, 100 marks is the approximate)
- Subjects Included: Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Based, General Awareness
- Total Questions: 100 (For all sections, 25 marks is the approximate)
- Total Time: 180 minutes
NOTE: Negative marking is 1 mark for each wrong answer
AICTE CMAT Exam Syllabus: The syllabus is being given below for-
Language: The questions will be asked from Grammar section- Noun, verb, adjective, adverb, idioms & phrases, narration, voice, subject- predicate, subject verb agreement, preposition, tenses etc. Comprehension passages are asked in the exam after which the questions are asked. Vocabulary section includes word meanings, synonyms, antonyms, sentence correction etc. are asked in exam.
General Awareness: The questions will be asked from History, Geography, political science, economy, important dates & events, current affairs, culture, arts, railways etc.
Logical Reasoning: Verbal & Non- verbal Reasoning questions from analogies, similarities & differences, spatial visualization & orientation, visual memory, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical series, coding & decoding, statements & conclusion, syllogistic reasoning, problem solving & analysis, discrimination, observation, relationships, judgment, decision making, missing patterns, odd man series
Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation: Number system (LCM, HCF, Whole numbers, simplification, averages, factors, algebra, fractions), trigonometry, probability, permutation & combination, time & work, time & distance, ratio & proportions, problem on ages, problem on trains, bars & charts, pipes & cistern, binomial theorem
