ESIC Junior Engineer (JE) Civil|Mechanical Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2015

Employees’ State Insurance Corporation has given clear indication for the recruitment and for that an examination will be conducted to select the potential candidate for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil or Electrical). As usual before every exam we need some sort of plan or pattern which given an idea about the examination, thus below we are sharing the ESIC JE Exam Pattern which can help you to get selected for the job.

Employees’ State Insurance Corporation Exam Pattern is as follows:-

  • Written examination will be of multiple choice objective type.
  • Time given to every candidate will be 2:00 hours.
  • For every wrong answer .25 marks will deducted from total.
  • There will be (Paper I & Paper II):

  • After the candidate successfully clear the examination an interview will be conducted of 50 marks.

ESCI Junior Engineer Syllabus:

General Intelligence & Reasoning & General Awareness will be common for both civil and electrical.

General Intelligence & Reasoning: every candidate have to focus on these topics in order to succeed in this section analogies, visual memory, syllogistic reasoning, relationship concepts, discrimination, observation, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, similarities and differences, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, statement conclusion, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, coding and decoding.

General Awareness: Every aspirants must have knowledge about the history, geography of India, Indian culture, Indian polity and Indian economy. Also current affairs related to national & international events going on. Few questions will be asked on the daily events and observation in the scientific aspect.
