Indian Post Delhi Circle Postman & Mailguard Recruitment is being done through an written exam which has certain exam pattern & syllabus. The Indian postal circle of Delhi recruits the candidates who are much more talented and eligible for the post. So, it has to be duty of the candidates to complete the syllabus and be well prepared for the examination.
Exam pattern- Multiple Choice Questions (Objective) in the exam paper of 100 marks. Total Time Duration will be 2 Hours for the exam.

NOTE: There is no Negative Marking in the exam paper.
Exam Syllabus: There will be total 3 Papers with 3rd paper having further 2 parts. Each exam section has different syllabus topics which are to be covered so as to score good in the exam paper.
Paper I (General knowledge): This part of exam will contain the questions from Geography of India, Indian History, Freedom struggle, Current affairs and Reasoning & Analytical ability of tenth standard, Culture and Sports, General Polity and Constitution of India, Economics, General science.
Paper II (Mathematics) : The questions will be from the topics Number systems, Profit and loss, Simple interest, Computation of whole numbers, Use of tables and graphs, Mensuration, Decimals and fractions, Percentages, Ration and Proportion, Relationship between numbers, Fundamental Arithmetical operations, Average , Discount, Partnership, Time & work, Time & distance.
Paper III (i) (English): The questions will be asked from the topics such as Articles, Synonyms & Antonyms, Vocabulary, Sentence structure, Prepositions, Conjunctions, Tenses, Verbs, Proverbs, Phrases, comprehension passages, question from a small unseen passage etc.
Paper III (ii) (Hindi): The questions will be asked from the basics of Hindi which include the topics- Verbs, Adverbs, prepositions, conjuctions, idioms & phrases, vocabulary, tenses, speech, nouns, comprehension passages etc.
