Computer Knowledge : This section includes the questions which judge the knowledge of computers which is the basis for the job- Computer Fundamentals, Windows, MS-Office including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point, MS Access and Usage of Internet i.e. sending e-mails and basic networking.
English Grammar : The questions are asked from fill in the blanks with articles, Verb, preposition, adverb, subject verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, , vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language, tenses, sentences rearrangement, comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage.
