Odisha High Court Peripatetic Stamp Reporter Exam Pattern- The written examination will be conducted for the recruitment of post which will be certainly contain 2 papers. The 2 papers are of 100 marks each and so the total becomes 200 for exam.

Total Time given for the exam paper is 2 hours

Followed by the examination, there will be an interview round of 30 marks which are to be given by the eligible candidates.

Knowledge of Court Fee Act, Chapter-III with the Schedules-I & II (For Advalorem Court Fees and fixed Court Fees (with up to date Orissa amendment))

Knowledge of Suits Valuation Act: Sections 4 and 8.

For PAPER II, the syllabus constitutes the reading of the respective sections of the given acts.

  • R. & C.O. (Civil) Vol.-I, Part-V, Chapters I and II
  • Indian Stamp Act: Sections 35, 36, 37 and 38
  • Limitation Act, Part-III: Computation of period of limitation in filing of suits and appeals
  • Indian Stamp Act: Schedule-I
