SEBI Syllabus 2019
English: From grammar, verbs, nouns, adjectives, adverb, subject predicate, phrasal verbs, pronouns, idioms, speech, narration etc. will be asked. Followed by grammar, comprehension passages will be asked in exam followed by vocabulary section (word meanings, antonyms, synonyms)
Reasoning: The questions will be asked from both verbal & non- verbal reasoning. The topics include- syllogistic reasoning, odd man series, number series, letter series, coding & decoding, statement & conclusion, missing pattern, tables based problems etc.
Quantitative Aptitude: Number system, LCM & HCF, simplification, square & cube roots, decimals & fractions, boats & streams, problem on trains, investment, discount, profit & loss, probability, permutation & combination, binomial theorem, bars & charts etc.
General Awareness: The questions will be asked from current affairs of India & World, geography, history, culture, sports, railways, trade, society, environment, books, authors etc.
Professional Knowledge: As per the post you are applying for, you need to study the courses relevant to you. The course will be asked in exam based on the degree study you have done.
