SPSC JE Mechanical Exam Pattern

The examination will have 2 papers-

Paper I & paper II of 300 marks with 3 hours duration.

After the exam, the viva voce round will be of 75 marks and the no. of candidates will be approx. twice the no. of vacancies.

  4. Applied Mechanics (Coplanar & non Coplanar forces, Concurrent forces, rectilinear motion, laws of motion)
  5. Engineering Materials (Classification of iron & Steel, ferrous materials, Alloys, plastics)
  6. Engineering Drawing (Geometrical Construction, orthographic Projections, Section of Solid, isometric & Oblique projections)
