TPSC Syllabus & Exam Pattern For Judicial Services Grade III Preparation

Tripura PSC Judicial Service Grade III recruitment is being done through a proper selection procedure which will include preliminary & main exam both. TPSC Preliminary Judicial Services III Exam Scheme & Syllabus is provided below with all details. Followed is the mentioned syllabus for Mains paper. Read the syllabus well so that the candidates are able to score good in the exam.

Exam Pattern: For Preliminary Exam-

The paper will contain Multiple Choice Questions.

  • Total marks: 100
  • Total Time: 2 hours
  • Subjects Included: GK, English, Law (20, 20, 60 marks respectively)

For Mains Exam-

The paper will contain 4 parts and all will be conventional type

  • Total Marks: 100
  • Total Time: 3 Hours
  • Subjects Included: GK, English, Law Paper I & II ()

General Knowledge: The questions will be asked from Railways, political news, economic news, Sports, important dates, history, geography, social issues. Both from India & World perspective the questions can be asked.

English: The basic knowledge of candidate in English is being tested. The Questions are asked from Grammar, Essay writing, verbs, nouns, idioms, speech, voice, proverbs, vocabulary. More are from comprehension passages.

Law: Code of Civil Procedure, Indian Penal Code, Constitution of India, Indian Contract Act, Indian Evidence Act, Law of Torts, Transfer of Property Act, Criminal Procedure Code

For Mains Exam:

English: The basic knowledge of candidate in English is being tested. The Questions are asked from Grammar, Essay writing, verbs, nouns, idioms, speech, voice, proverbs, vocabulary. More are from comprehension passages.

General Knowledge: Both the objective questions from Railways, political news, economic news, Sports, important dates, history, geography, social issues. Both from India & World perspective can be asked. And also aptitude section can be covered in the exam.

LAW Paper-I: Transfer of Property Act, Code of Civil Procedure, Constitution of India, Indian Contract Act
