High Court of Tripura conducts the Advocate Exam for the recruitment purposes in the state. Tripura Advocate Pattern & Syllabus is being mentioned below and following which the candidates can prepare themselves for exam paper.
Tripura Advocate Exam Pattern- There will be 3 papers each of 100 marks. 2 hours duration is given for each paper to the applicants. The examinations will be-
- Written Test-OBJECTIVE
- Physical Efficiency Test
- Viva Voce (50 marks)
Tripura Advocate Exam Syllabus for all the 3 different papers–
Paper I will contain the questions from the following parts-
- General Knowledge questions (based on current affairs, important dates, national & international events, events, personalities)
- Aptitude questions (Based on topics such as Problems on numbers, Time & work, Time & Distance, Problems on Trains, Probability, Permutation & Combination, Statistics)
- Comprehension Test
- General English questions (Essay Writing)
Paper II will have the questions from-
Problems of Laws- Transfer of Property Act, Civil procedure Code, Code of Criminal procedure, Indian Evidence Act, Indian Penal Code, Limitation Act and many others
Paper III will of-
The applicants who all fill in the application form for this examination need to study all the syllabus for the different papers. The examination is a highly competition based because the applicants who apply are really large in number. The best books have to be referred for the preparation of different topics which are the part of syllabus.
