UPPRPB Constable Physical Test Selection Criteria 2019 PET/PST

Large number of seats are declared vacant for the post of constable of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB). Students those who are interested can read out the exam pattern and exam syllabus carefully. Students have to qualify in 1st merit which is based on 10th and 12th marks. Students also have to face Physical Efficiency Test (PET) followed by Physical Standard Test (PST). Exam pattern and exam syllabus is presented as below. The candidates who don’t turn up for the test will be considered disqualified.

UP Police Constable Physical Selection Criteria is being mentioned below. The candidates as per they meet selection criteria should be prepared. They need to do a lot of practice so that you can qualify each round.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Race: Score is 120-200 marks. Race qualifying criteria is listed in table-

Based on the timing of the candidate, they will be given score.

NOTE: For every delay of 15 seconds, the score will be deducted by 2 marks.

Males: General/OBC/SC (168 cms), ST (160 cm)

Females: General/OBC/SC (152 cms), ST (147 cm)

Chest:

Males: General/OBC/SC (79-84 cm), ST (77-82 cm) [Minimum 5 cm expansion is required]

Weight:

Females: General/OBC/SC (Min. 40 Kg)
