Gauhati High Court LDC UDC Peshkar Operator Exam Pattern & Syllabus

Gauhati High Court conducts the exam for various recruitment post such as Sheristadar, Peshkar, LDC cum Computer Operator, Upper Division Clerk in the subordinate court establishments of the Arunachal Pradesh under the jurisdiction of Gauhati High Court. Exam Pattern: A written test is a objective type paper in which the multiple choice questions are  asked.

Total Time Allotted: 2 Hours

Total Questions: 100 questions

Total Marks: 100 Marks.

After the exam, there will be a Viva-Voce of 25 marks conducted for candidates.

Exam Syllabus: The section wise paper syllabus is-

General English: The questions will be asked from topics of English by which the knowledge of candidate is being judged. Topics such as Articles/Determines, Prepositions, Verbs, Adjectives, Tense, Modals, Active & Passive voice, Reported speech, Punctuations, Letter Writing, Essay writing,  vocabulary, idioms and phrases, Antonym & Synonyms are covered in exam paper.

General Knowledge: Current events at national & international level, everyday observations based questions, scientific aspects, issued based on Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economy, General Polity are being source of questions. The questions are asked in order to judge the capability of candidate. The awareness of the candidate for outside world, knowledge of the various fields and what is happening around are being tested.

General Intelligence: It is basically a reasoning section in which both verbal and non-verbal type questions are asked. Questions on space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, relationship concepts, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, arithmetical reasoning, analogies, similarities and differences, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation are asked so as to test the capability of candidate. Questions are prepared in very simple way but it only requires the preparation of the topics.
