Lok Sabha Translator Jr. Clerk Exam Syllabus 2017
General Knowledge: Current events, important dates & events, scientific aspects, economy, political science, history, geography, culture, arts, literature, language, sports, heritage etc.
General English/ Hindi: Grammar section- Noun, verb, adjective, adverb, subject verb agreement, spellings, phrasal verb, narration, phrases, idioms, speech, voice, subject predicate etc. Vocabulary section will include word meanings, antonyms, fill in the blanks and synonyms etc.
Translation from English to Hindi/ Hindi to English: The paper will include the passage which has to be converted into the respective language i.e. Hindi to English or English to Hindi
Essay, Precis and Grammar (English and Hindi): The questions will be asked from English grammar testing the ability of candidates in both languages Hindi & English.
