NHRC Steno grade D Exam Pattern:-

  1. Exam will be of 200 marks
  2. Question will be in MCQ format
  3. Time given to complete this exam will be 120 minutes (2 Hour)
  4. After clearing this examination there will be skills test

NHRC Steno Grade B Exam Syllabus-

English Language & Comprehension (100 marks): We suggest you to take this seriously and prepare for this exam as at least in English you can score more, questions will be based on topics like verb, adverb, subject verb agreement, preposition, error correction, error recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks, comprehension followed by questions, synonyms and antonyms, grammar, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary and proficiency in the language.

General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 marks): Questions will be asked from arithmetical number series , problem solving, similarities and differences, visualization, observation, spatial orientation, analysis, judgment, decision making, relationship concepts, visual memory, non-verbal series, discrimination, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, coding and decoding, statement conclusion and symbolic representation.

General Awareness (50 Marks): Questions on Modern History of India, Indian culture, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Geography of India, Sports. All appearing candidate must prepare current events going on in India/ Neighboring Countries, Sports, Awards, Mars Mission, Schemes, Historic Events. Well for that read any current affairs books & new paper.

Skill Test will be As follows for Stenographer Grade-D

  1. 10 Minutes Dictation in which 80 words per minute speed will be required
  2. Transcription time: 50 minutes (English) & 65 Minutes (Hindi)
  3. For visually handicapped candidates 75 minutes (English) & 100 Minutes (Hindi)

Skill test for Staff car driver

A driving test will be taken which will further followed by an interview.
