Cut off for Part B is 35% which is basically of qualifying nature.
In case of ALP, the candidates need to score 42 marks atleast in each test batteries to qualify.
RRB ALP Syllabus 2021
Mathematics: The questions will be asked from number system, LCM & HCF, square & cube roots, decimals, fractions, percentages, ratio & proportions, mixtures, discount, time & work, time & distance, bars & charts, volumes & square roots etc.
General Intelligence & Reasoning: Verbal & non verbal reasoning, arithmetic series, odd man series, missing pattern, similarities & differences, coding & decoding, statements & conclusions, relationships, table figures, direction sense, analogies etc.
General Science: The questions will be asked from basic science- Physics, Chemistry & Biology. The questions are asked from the topics covered till class 10.
General Awareness: This section include the questions based on current affairs, important dates & events, awards, sports, railways, governmental news, politics, social affairs, culture etc.
Basic science & Engineering: The questions will be asked from engineering drawing, symbolic representation, geometric figures, speed, velocity, basic temperatures, levers, simple machines, occupational safety & health, environment education, IT literacy, simple machines, power & energy, mass, weight etc.
