Exams are being organized by Uttarakhand Police for hiring Woman Constable. Candidates who all are interested in this should read out the information properly and should prepare out well. Exam pattern and exam syllabus is being presented below. The selection of the candidates will be based on Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test & Written Test. The details of each test is given below-
Physical Standard Test (PST)
Height: General/OBC and SC- 152 cms, Hill Regions & ST- 147 cms
Weight: Minimum 45 Kg
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): It will be of 100 marks from which 50 marks is minimum to pass.

Written Examination: The details of the exam are-
- Exam type: MCQs
- Total Marks: 100
- Subjects Included: GK (70) & Hindi (30)
- NOTE: 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer.
Exam Syllabus: The details of each section for exam is-
General Knowledge: The questions are asked from current events, important dates, History, Geography, Socio Economic development, Indian culture, Indian Polity, Indian Economy. These questions will be asked based on India and as well as Uttarakhand. The religion, art, books, culture, dates & events etc. of Uttarakhand will be asked in exam.
Hindi Language: From grammar the questions will be verb, noun, adjective, adverb, speech, number, voice, phrases, idioms etc. Vocabulary section will contain meanings, antonyms, synonyms, sentence completion, jumbled phrases and proper usage. The questions will be asked based on general sense.
