Exam Pattern for the above mentioned posts-

For Junior Clerk Cum Coypist-

Part I: English, general knowledge, Arithmetic papers each of 100 marks (2 hours, 1 Hour, 1 Hour time given correspondingly)

Part II: Computer Science (practical) exam of 100 marks and given time is 1 hour

Part III: Viva Voce of 45 marks

For Junior Typists and Junior Stenographer/ Grade III Stenographer-

Written Exam of English of 100 marks

For Salaried Amin-

Part I: Arithmetic of 50 marks for which 1 Hour will be given

Technical Knowledge of Survey & Settlement of 50 marks for which 1 hour will be given

Part II: Viva Voce of 20 marks

For Peons-

Written exam of English & Odia language of total 60 marks

Viva Voce of 40 marks

Exam Syllabus for various subjects is-

English- Comprehension, Verbs, Adverbs, verb Agreement, Error Correction, Unseen Passages, Vocabulary, Grammar part, Proficiency in language

Arithmetic- The syllabus is the reference till the Secondary education. Based on averages, percentages, profit & loss, time & distance, time & work, Graphs & charts, Data interpretation, Compound interest, simple interest, Problems on numbers, ratios

General Knowledge- Current affairs, national events, international affairs, social & economic development, history, geography, everyday observations, modern history, Indian culture, Indian Polity, Indian Economy

Computer Test- MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Internet usage, use of E-Mail

Typist Test- The candidates have to type to show their typing skills in English of around 400 words. The time given is 5 minutes.
