Davendra Gurjar (109 Marks in IBPS PO 2013) from Jaipur shared his views with all the aspirants of the IBPS PO Exam on how to prepare for the exam. He told that he prepared for the exam from the following books-

  2. Analytical Reasoning by M.K.Pandey
  3. Quicker Maths by M.Tyra
  4. English By Arihant publications
  5. Computer Fundamentals by P.K. Sinha
  6. Pratiyogita darpan for Current Affairs

The topper of IBPS PO said that no need to take any coaching for the paper if you have some knowledge about each section. Only little sincerity and hard work will do wonders. When practicing the aptitude section, just try for the tricks on the basic mathematics operations.

Focus on Vocabulary by reading newspapers, movies and English news channel. He also suggests from his experience that studying about 4 to 5 hours a day will help to crack the exam.

Same, as his interview concludes of practicing more and more it is recommended to do self- study. The IBPS PO exam is not a tough paper which can be cleared by only top students who are the cent percent scorers till date, but it can easily be bagged by the average candidates too if they prepare very well and are confident about their preparations.

    My brother & friend also got selected in the IBPS PO & Clerk exam this year. I am highly motivated for the exam as two of my close persons are already selected in the exam & they will be there for me as a mentor. Anyhow I have to prepare for the exam, So I will study hard. I am not a self motivated person I purchased many books for preparation but never studied 😛
    So I am Going to Join some Online coaching like EDUNCLE so that I am always one step ahead.
    Both of these guys were average students throughout their student life so if they can achieve it then anyone can do this.
