The term of CM is 5 years but however there is no term limit. Arvind Kejriwal is the 4th youngest CM of Union Territory. When his tenure became in 2013, the preceding year was President’s rule and then again he became CM of Delhi. He is from Aam Aadmi Party. After 1st CM rule, the Chief Minister seat in Delhi was not used till 1993. Then again after 27 years this process again was practiced.
